All residents are required to belong to the Homeowners Association and pay dues of $332/quarterly, includes use of the neighborhood pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, and weekly trash service. The largest of the three lakes (Thompson Lake) within Penhurst is also managed by the HOA and provides for fishing, small boating and is home to an array of wildlife.
